Belfast agents boosted by large lettings
In our inaugural Belfast league table, the office market looks healthy thanks to a large letting to HMRC.
The No 1 spot was convincingly taken by Lambert Smith Hampton. Its 18 deals amounting to 135,000 sq ft of space disposed was unsurmountable and accounted for nearly one-quarter of the space let overall.
Savills came in second with its 104,220 sq ft letting of Erskine House to HM Revenue & Customs, more than twice the size of any other office deal in Belfast city centre in the year to September.

Colliers International narrowly beat DTZ McCombe Pierce to final place on the podium.
These agents disposed of more than half of the total office space. Fifth-placed GVA, just behind DTZ McCombe Pierce, was the last of the agents on the table to all complete more than 50,000 sq ft of office space disposed in a fairly healthy looking year.
