A High Court judge threw out a judicial review challenge brought against Camden Council’s planning approval of the scheme earlier this month.
Now, BC Partners has hired JLL to find an investor for a joint venture to take the scheme forward.
The DSDHA-designed project will turn a vacant site into a 19-storey office tower and mixed-use neighbourhood. It will be the tallest new-build office building in the West End for more than 50 years, the developer said.
Laurian Douin, partner at BC Partners, said: “The High Court decision has removed the final hurdle for us to proceed with confidence in the One Museum Street project, and we are excited to bring on board a joint venture partner to help us realise this vision.
“This is a rare opportunity for investors to develop a super prime tower in the West End at the heart of a significant urban regeneration with strong sustainability credentials and a clear path to delivery.”
