BBC has appointed Lambert Smith Hampton to sublease Bridge House, one of three buildings the firm occupies at MediaCity in Salford, Greater Manchester.
The office tower, spanning seven floors, provides 105,000 sq ft of workspace and incorporates a mix of open-plan desks, meeting rooms and collaborative space. BBC is looking to sublease the building as a whole or on a floor-by-floor basis, offering new occupiers a “plug-and-play” opportunity to start work immediately.
BBC plans to vacate Bridge House by spring 2024 in response to “changing office space requirements”, with the teams currently based there relocating to other buildings within the scheme.
