In total 1,305 Gehry Partners and Foster + Partners’ designed homes will be built in phase three of the development, which forms London’s newest pedestrianised high street, Electric Boulevard and the southern gateway to The Power Station. Up to 539 of the homes will be available as part of the commercial, retail, food and beverage launch, which starts officially on 31 October 2014. Pre-registered residential buyers will be invited for sales appointments in London from 24 October.
Rob Tincknell, chief executive of BPSDC, said: “This launch is a very special residential offering; the opportunity to be right above London’s newest pedestrianised high street and at the impressive gateway to The Power Station. The designs from Foster + Partners and Gehry Partners are unique among other London developments and will be extremely creative and exciting places for people to live in.”
