Barberry’s £20m West Midlands warehouse approved
Barberry Industrial’s proposals to develop a £20m industrial and logistics facility at Tournament Fields Business Park in Warwick, West Midlands, have been given the go-ahead.
The 92,246 sq ft scheme, close to junction 15 of the M40, will focus on sustainability and target EPC A+ and BREEAM Outstanding accreditation. It will feature electric vehicle charging points, solar panels and green initiatives.
The developer aims to start on site in Q1 2025.

Jonathan Robinson, development director at Barberry, said: “The development will help to address the ongoing shortage of new, high-quality industrial accommodation in the West Midlands.
“New buildings such as this help to create the quality accommodation that local, regional and national businesses need in order to expand their operations in the Midlands.”
Barberry acquired the last remaining plot at the business park earlier this year from Sackville, which is part of Clowes Developments. Tournament Fields is home to Scholastic Publications, Gallagher Security, Semcon, Sodick and Hansgrohe.
Wareing & Company and Savills have been retained by Barberry to act as leasing agents.
