Bank of England appoints Beauchamp Estates to panel
Upmarket estate agent Beauchamp Estates has joined the Bank of England’s advisory panel of companies and senior directors.
The Mayfair-based agent will provide company data and property sector statistics to assist with post-Brexit economic outlook policy.
Beauchamp Estates managing director Jeremy Gee has joined the bank’s decision-making panel.

The Mayfair-based agent will provide company data and property sector statistics to assist with post-Brexit economic outlook policy.
Beauchamp Estates managing director Jeremy Gee has joined the bank’s decision-making panel.
Gee and Beauchamp Estates will provide monthly data on how business conditions are changing in the London and UK residential property market, covering issues including volume of sales, prices, deals, employment and investment.
The data will be used to assist the bank with reviewing the implications of the Brexit referendum on corporate decision-making and assessing sectors including property, where action or policy may be required in managing the UK’s economic outlook.
The agency claims to have the highest number of instructions and contracts conducted in London and the home counties, with a combined value of more than £10m.
