Ballymore has filed an environmental impact report for a 14-acre site in Royal Docks, E16, to Newham Council.
The proposed plans will feature 1,700 homes, up from the initial 1,610 proposed for the site.
Ballymore’s latest proposal, which covers 11 residential blocks, also includes up to 400 co-living homes, 181,000 sq ft of industrial space, 100 car parking spaces, two primary schools and 13,000 sq ft of commercial and retail space.
