Ballymore and Oxley approved for Dublin Connolly Quarter
Ballymore and Oxley have received planning consent to deliver 741 build-to-rent homes at Connolly Quarter in Dublin.
An Bord Pleanala approved the plans, which include 75 social homes, for the site adjacent to Connolly Railway Station in Dublin 1.
It will see the development of the city’s tallest tower, rising to 23 storeys.

The Connolly Quarter masterplan includes two offices, a hotel and more than 20 retail units, with total development floorspace of more than 861,000 sq ft.
