Aviva Investors has sold a 64,680 sq ft office block in the City of London for £80.75m, to investment manager Goldstone Commercial, backed by Hong Kong capital.
All of the space at the refurbished property known as the Forum, on Gutter Lane, EC2, is either leased or under offer to tenants including Knight Frank, Carey Olsen and Hermes GPE, with headline rents hitting £77 per sq ft.
The sale price reflects a net initial yield of 4.46%.
