Aviva confirms City prelet to Shoosmiths
Aviva Investors has confirmed its prelet at 1 Bow Churchyard, EC2, to law firm Shoosmiths.
Located in a prime position in the City of London between St Paul’s and Bank station, the building is to be refurbished prior to Shoosmiths taking occupation.
