Avant’s 396-home Pleasely plans go in
Avant Homes Central has submitted plans for a £90m multi-tenure development of 396 houses in Pleasley near Mansfield in the East Midlands.
Called Stanton Place and located at Pleasley Hill Farm, the proposed 22-acre development will comprise a mix of two-to-four-bedroom homes, of which 40% will be affordable housing.
The plans are part of a mixed-use development of up to 850 dwellings, which will also include retail and commercial space.

Avant Homes Central has committed around £2.1m towards the provision of local services, education and healthcare.
If given the go ahead by Mansfield District Council, work is expected to start on site in January 2026, with the first residents anticipated to take occupation in September 2026.
