Automotive supplier pulls into BlackRock and Stoford’s Warwickshire scheme
Automotive interior supplier Opus International Products has signed a 10-year lease on a speculatively developed manufacturing facility at Spa Park in Warwickshire.
The business park, located in Leamington Spa, was brought forward by BlackRock and Stoford late last year. It spans nine facilities comprising a total of 500,000 sq ft of office, research and development, production and distribution space.
Opus will occupy a 39,875 sq ft industrial premises known as Unit F. Its sustainability credentials include BREEAM Excellent certification, an EPC A rating and electric vehicle charging points. It also has access to outdoor bodyweight exercise equipment to improve staff wellbeing.

Rob Coles, managing director at Opus, said: “The building specification is perfectly suited to support our expansion plans, which include further investment in manufacturing equipment and creation of further job opportunities for the local community.”
Edward Peel, director at Stoford, said: “Having recently completed the final phase of development at Spa Park, we have strong interest in the remaining units on the estate.”
Two facilities of 30,715 sq ft and 51,064 sq ft remain available to let on the park.
