Audley Group has exchanged contracts on its nineteenth retirement village development in Cobham in Surrey.
Audley is working with Surrey based developer Levanter Developments on the scheme, which does not yet have planning and which will be its smallest “Audley Village” scheme to date.
Audley’s 19 villages will provide at least 3,250 units nationwide over the next five years.
