Retirement village provider Audley Group and Knight Frank Finance have agreed a partnership to offer prospective owners bridging loans.
The loans will help buyers to finance immediate moves out of their families’ homes and into Audley Villages or Mayfield Villages retirement properties. Bridging loans typically require the borrower to remain in the property.
Knight Frank Finance accesses 180 financial providers. Audley Group will provide the service as a value-add to customers and will not take a fee.
