ATG hires new property director
The Ambassador Theatre Group has appointed former AEG Europe project director James Bradshaw as its new property director.
The appointment comes after ATG restructured its property team. Dave Andrews, Bradshaw’s predecessor, will take on a new role as group property development director.
At ATG, Bradshaw will lead the delivery of capital projects and technical operations across the group’s 58 venues across the UK, US and Europe. It has 27 venues in the UK, with 10 in London. These include the West End’s Ambassadors Theatre, Apollo Victoria Theatre and Lyceum Theatre.

Bradshaw was most recently a consultant development director, acting on behalf of institutional funds on refurbishing 14 heritage buildings split across five design teams in Holborn.
Before that, Bradshaw worked at AEG’s European head office for five years until January 2021, latterly as project director of real estate development.
He worked on the conception, strategy, design, delivery and implementation of major projects in the UK portfolio including new-build, refurbishment, new business, and extending and developing the group’s leisure and entertainment assets. These included the entertainment district and Icon Outlet at the O2.
He has also previously held surveyor roles at the City of London and Cluttons.
