Arrowcroft gets consent for £12m Accrington town centre scheme

Arrowcroft has been given the go-ahead by Hyndburn Borough Council for its £12m redevelopment in Accrington town centre, Lancashire.

The redevelopment, which will provide 6,224m2 (67,000sq ft) of new shopping including two variety stores of around 1,672m2 (18,000sq ft) each, will be built on the site of the existing open-air market between Broadway and Peel Street and will incorporate new market and bus facilities.
