Arrow adds Gem to South Yorkshire scheme

Arrow Capital Partners has let its 186,000 sq ft net-zero shed in South Yorkshire. The investor-developer has let Arrow 186 to Gem Imports, an online importer and wholesaler, on a long-term lease at a rent of £7.75 sq ft. Arrow 186 forms part of Arrow Point, which comprises two big-box units totalling 452,000 sq ft of lettable space. It was developed by Arrow’s Strategic Industrial Real Estate joint venture with Cerberus. Following the deal, one remaining unit, a 266,000 sq ft warehouse called Arrow 265, remains available to let.
