Arm Holdings places offer for 30,000 sq ft at Glasgow office
Arms Holdings is under offer to take up around 30,000 sq ft at Glasgow office scheme St Vincent Plaza.
Starwood Capital Group, which bought the 172,307 sq ft building in October 2017, is understood to be close to agreeing the deal.
Rent for the 12-storey building starts at £24 per sq ft.

Current tenants include KPMG, Zurich Insurance, Mott MacDonald, Whyte & Mackay, Wood Group, and Registers of Scotland.
The ground floor of the building is occupied by Coffee Republic.
Starwood Capital Group bought the building for £70m, which reflected a circa 6% yield. The deal marked Starwood’s first purchase in Europe.

LSH declined to comment. Starwood and Arm Holdings were approached for comment.
