“The organisation has been undergoing significant growth during the past three years and we believe that Uxbridge Business Park’s facilities, premium office setting and connectivity to London will help to sustain and support that projected growth.”
The business park features an amenity hub, including meeting rooms, studio space and restaurant alongside sports facilities with an all-weather five-a-side pitch and multi-use games area. These are run by a full-time lifestyle manager.
The tenant line-up also includes Amgen, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Mondelēz, Xerox and LifeScan.
Earlier this year, Arlington added to its offer by launching a co-working concept at the park.
JLL acted for Daiichi Sankyo, while Arlington was represented by BNP PRE.
