Ardstone gets go-ahead for Calton Square refurb

Ardstone Capital, on behalf of Manova Partners, has got the go-ahead to reposition the 200,000 sq ft Calton Square office building in Edinburgh. The block is currently home to investment manager Baillie Gifford, whose lease expires on 31 December next year. Calton Square will be comprehensively refurbished to provide a “best-in-class” office building, said Ardstone, and is targeting NABERS 5-star, WELL Platinum and BREEAM Outstanding ratings.
