Apsley and Galliard to build Timber Yard in Birmingham
Apsley House Capital and Galliard Homes have received consent for 379 homes at the Timber Yard development in Birmingham’s Southside.
The scheme on the site of a former 1.6-acre car park on Pershore Street was designed by Claridge Architects and includes 10,000 sq ft of ground-floor commercial space.
Construction is expected to start this year with completion scheduled for 2021.

Galliard and Apsley have a committed pipeline of more than 2,000 homes in Birmingham valued at around £500m.
