Amazon prelets 731,000 sq ft in Doncaster 

Amazon has prelet a 731,000 sq ft distribution warehouse at Verdion’s iPort logistics hub in Doncaster, according to market sources. The new unit, which is to complete in Q2 2020, will be the first building on the 300-acre second phase of the logistics centre. Amazon has already taken space in the first phase of the scheme, along with CEVA and Lidl. iPort spans 800 acres next to the M18 in Doncaster, with capacity for up to 6m sq ft of logistics space in total. The second phase has capacity for 3m sq ft of developable logistics space.
