Allsop offers 11 lots guided above £1m at end-of-year resi sale
A residential investment in Sydenham, south-east London, guided at £2.35m will be offered in Allsop’s bumper two-day residential sale that is set to round off the year.
The freehold end-of-terrace building (lot 75) contains nine flats and produces just over £140,000 in rent per annum.
It is one of 11 opportunities guided at £1m-plus in the catalogue of 288 lots. The live-stream auction will be held over 18 and 19 December to accommodate the significant number of lots. Allsop’s previous sale, in November, raised more than £37.1m from the sale of 85 lots, bringing its year-to-date total to more than £565m.
