All green Globe Point in Leeds to open doors to 400 workers
Property investor Commercial Estates Group has appointed Fox Lloyd Jones and Knight Frank to find tenants at its Globe Point office development in Leeds.
The building sits within Leeds’ Temple district, a major new development on the southern edge of the city, and will be ready for tenants next spring.
Globe Point (pictured) will contain 37,800 sq ft of flexible workspace, a business lounge and a café, and will accommodate up to 400 people. It will provide electric vehicle charging points, sensors to control air quality, energy efficiency and water consumption, and will run entirely on green energy.

Nick Lee, development director of CEG, said: “Companies that have been reticent to commit earlier in the pandemic are now becoming more active in real estate decision-making and we are already in active dialogue on a number of enquiries.”
The scheme was designed by architects Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios, and will offer views across the city from roof terraces on the top two floors.
Agents will employ both traditional and flexible contract options on leases at Globe Point, according to Eamon Fox, head of Knight Frank’s Leeds office agency.
“Business cycles have become shorter, and often decision-making happens quicker than ever before. We offer options to lease the optimum level of space, with choices to expand when the conditions are correct for our customers,” he said.
