Alder King hires JLL man

Alder King has appointed former JLL director Lee Lapham as a partner in its Cardiff office. Lapham is a valuation specialist and will head the professional team in South Wales. Lapham has worked for JLL and King Sturge for 15 years. He will join new recruit James Nicholas, who joined earlier this year from Hansteen. Alder King senior partner Martyn Jones said: “Lee is a well-known and highly respected professional in the South Wales business community. He brings a wealth of high level experience and local market knowledge, which will be invaluable to us and our clients. He will play a significant role in helping us further develop our offer in Wales.” Lee added: “We have ambitious plans for the Cardiff office, including further appointments, which will extend the breadth and depth of service offering.
