Aldau Development has received planning permission from the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation to replace a Holiday Inn with two residential towers spanning 44 and 58 storeys.
The plan, previously approved in 2020, was resubmitted by the Egyptian developer, a subsidiary of Sami Saad Holding to adhere to changes in fire safety regulation.
The approved plan for 4 Portal Way comprises 669 build-to-rent homes, of which 203 will be affordable, as well as a 90-bed hotel.
