Agents appointed on major Nottinghamshire project
Clowes Developments has announced plans for a major new mixed-use project in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.
The group is to develop 300,000 sq ft of commercial space and 850 homes at Pleasley Hill, a 35-acre site it bought in July this year after a seven year wait.
The site already has outline planning permission and is now being marketed by FHP Property Consultants and Fisher German, offering both freehold and leasehold options.

“We have appointed FHP Property Consultants and Fisher German to act on our behalf here and we are confident that they can provide us with a range of industrial, manufacturing and logistics users, petrol filling stations, retail and leisure facilities in line with our outline planning consent.”
Clowes been working with Mansfield District Council, which allocated the site for development in its local plan 2013-2033, to “create a masterplan that meets the need of the community and surrounding areas”.
The homes will be brought forward by Avant and David Wilson Homes.
