AEW sells Manchester office for £47m
AEW has sold 101 Barbirolli Square in Manchester to La Française Real Estate Managers in a £47m deal.
The 87,000 sq ft grade-A offices are fully let to multiple tenants, including PwC and Handelsbanken.
The building has recently undergone a refurbishment programme to create workspace with LED lighting and air-source heat pumps and has also included an installation of electric vehicle car-charging points. The project was overseen by architect 5plus.

JLL and Ashurst LLP advised La Française Real Estate Managers, while Savills and Pinsent Masons advised the seller.
