AEW’s UK property fund has bought four pre-school nurseries in London for £13.7m.
The nursery portfolio will be leased back to Three Little Birds Nurseries for 25 years, reflecting a net initial yield of 5.25%.
Knight Frank acted on behalf of AEW and Gerald Eve acted for the vendor.
