Adroit Real Estate closing in on CBRE’s lead in the South East industrial EG Radius rankings after a flurry of deals.
The agent completed three transactions in one day, taking its total to 609,456 sq ft. Its current total puts it 115,000 sq ft behind CBRE (723,212 sq ft) and comfortably ahead of third-placed Lambert Smith Hampton on 400,115 sq ft.
The results were revealed by the EG Radius On-Demand Rankings, a new tool to provide a snapshot view of the latest commercial property deals and which agents are landing them across the UK.
