Addington Capital is the asset manager for the property on behalf of Hong Kong’s the Crosby Group, which acquired it in 2015.
David Dalrymple, partner at Addington Capital said: “We have invested heavily during the past 18 months to vastly improve the internal finishes and wider facilities of the building to make it significantly more attractive to occupiers. This has paid off and we now have a list of blue chip and respected tenants, all on favourable lease terms.”
Ingleby Trice advised the landlord and Kinney Green the tenant.
