Addington appoints Columbia Threadneedle’s Dalrymple

Addington Capital has appointed David Dalrymple as asset management partner. He will be responsible for assets in the office sector and joins a team of 17 at Addington. Dalrymple joins from Columbia Threadneedle Property Investments, where he was a senior asset manager specialising in the UK real estate market. During this time he focused on offices, retail and industrial schemes and helped develop its flexible leasing offering.
