Aberdeen Standard Investments markets UK malls worth £170m

Aberdeen Standard Investments has brought three of its UK shopping centres to market for around £170m altogether.

It is understood that the assets include the County Mall Shopping Centre in Crawley, West Sussex, comprising around 480,000 sq ft of retail space; the 260,500 sq ft Atrium shopping centre in Camberley, Surrey; and the 110,000 sq ft Guineas Shopping Centre in Newmarket, Suffolk.

BNP Paribas Real Estate has been appointed to sell County Mall, seeking around £110m or a 7.5% yield.
