The letting follows the recent confirmation that The Economist has signed a 15-year lease for 26,000 sq ft. Since its acquisition in December 2012, Blackstone has completed an extensive refurbishment programme of levels 1-13, which is one of the largest single office buildings in the West End.
Over 125,000 sq ft of the newly refurbished space has already been let to a broad range of sectors.
Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield advise Blackstone. DeVono Cresa acted for A.T. Kearney.
