Court Collaboration has revealed plans for a 51-storey residential tower at its One Eastside development in Birmingham, next to HS2’s Curzon Street station.
As tipped by EG in November, the residential development proposes the tallest skyscraper in the city, towering over the previous record of 42 storeys set by Moda Living at The Mercian in Broad Street.
The £160m scheme seeks to deliver 667 build-to-rent apartments, with a guest lounge, gym and dining areas.
