AXA Equity & Law has submitted an outline planning application for a 31 ha (77 acre) business park on the edge of Droitwich Spa, Hereford & Worcester. The Stonebridge Cross site is situated within the expanding M5 corridor and is part of the Westwood Estate. AXA owns the site.
The site falls within land designated by the council for employment development. Details of finance for the project have yet to be released.
