A £30m development opportunity is being brought to market in South Bermondsey, SE16, after the owners received permission to build a mixed-use scheme on the 0.6-acre site.
Northport Property and Landhold were granted approval by Lewisham planners last September for a mixed-use development comprising 61 apartments and commercial space across four buildings ranging from five to nine storeys. The scheme was designed by Stephen Davy Peter Smith Architects.
Agencies Kalmars and Knight Frank have now launched the vacant site at Silwood Street with an asking price of £4.75m. The site sits alongside the railway arches.
