£1,000 or £1m? The sale that has something for everyone
A site in Bedworth, Warwickshire, with planning permission for 30 flats will be among close to 200 lots on offer in SDL Auctions sale this month.
The 20,000 sq ft site (lot 96), where work has already begun on six units, is guided at £1m-plus. The plans allow for a mix of new units and conversions of existing buildings and there is potential for a further two to four flats or a hostel block, subject to planning consent.
At the other end of the price scale, the catalogue includes a 4,000 sq ft plot of land on Orkney (lot 131, pictured), guided at £7,500-plus.
