Humberts has bought Newark estate agency Larkens. Previously owned by solicitor Larken & Co, the agency is eight years old and deals primarily in residential property.

Sowden Group has let a new 2,508 sq m (27,000 sq ft) manufacturing unit on 1.2ha (3 acres) of Canning Place.
