Elon Musk’s Twitter Inc and the Crown Estate have settled a lawsuit after the social media platform paid rental arrears on its London headquarters.
The Crown Estate filed a lawsuit at the High Court in London on 19 January alleging non-payment of rent. The lawsuit, filed against both Twitter Inc and Twitter UK Ltd, has now been withdrawn.
Twitter has a £2.6m lease for the third floor at 20 Air Street, W1, which the Crown Estate owns.
