Aston Water Tower on the block at Clive Emson sale

A disused water tower near Stevenage was one of the highlights of the Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers’ September sale.

The concrete Aston Water Tower on a 0.17 acre site at Aston, near Stevenage, went under the gavel for £190,000. It it is currently let to phone companies EE and BT for telephone mast purposes.

Clive Emson’s five-day sale, which took place across five days in five venues from 9-13 September, raised in excess of £20m with a sale rate of 70 per cent after cataloguing 170 lots.
