Christie & Co markets £46m west London hotels portfolio

Christie & Co has been appointed to market a group of three London hotels, seeking offers in excess of £46m. It is selling the Seraphine Hammersmith Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western; the Seraphine Kensington Olympia and IGH’s Holiday Inn Express London Ealing. The hotels are each located by tourist attractions – including the Hammersmith Apollo, Hyde Park, Olympia Exhibition Centre and Pitzhanger Manor and Gallery – and are close to London Underground stations. The Holiday Inn in Ealing will also benefit from the Elizabeth line, which is expected to be fully operational by 2020. Justin Davies, senior broker at Christie & Co, said: “This group will appeal to a range of both domestic and foreign investors, looking to acquire well-performing assets in key trading locations.” Christie & Co is inviting offers on a group, sub-group or individual basis.
