Other tenants include creative studio Outlaw and media company BDH in neighbouring Malt House.
There is now just one remaining office spanning 3,370 sq ft on the first floor.
The Fermentation Buildings have been closed to the public for 200 years. They were previously home to several breweries, most recently Courage Brewery, which closed in the 1990s.
The mixed-use waterfront scheme is being developed by Cubex, with funding from Palmer Capital.
The 4.7-acre site is set to deliver new homes, workspace, a hotel and leisure space and a weekly food market.
Peter Walford, director at Cubex said: “We have taken great care in transforming these historic buildings to breathe new life into them, creating high quality, inspirational offices whilst retaining the character and charm that comes with such a rich history.”
Hartnell Taylor Cook acted for Historic England.
