Housebuilder Taylor Wimpey is planning to give it chief executive, Pete Redfern, a £436,000 discount from the original asking price on a luxury flat it built in the centre of London.
The company had orginally set the price of the flat at £2.48m, but it is proposing to sell it to Redfern for £2.04m.
