Body Shop relocates UK HQ to London Bridge

The Body Shop is relocating its UK headquarters from Croydon to London Bridge, having agreed a 10-year lease for the entire space at 155 Tooley Street, SE1, on the More London Estate. Formerly the HQ of Red Bull, 155 Tooley Street provides 24,244 sq ft of space over four storeys. Average rents in the area are £60-£62.50 per sq ft. Founded by Dame Anita Roddick in 1976, the Body Shop is now part of Brazilian cosmetics group Natura & Co. It acquired the ethical British cosmetics retailer in 2017 from French cosmetics giant L’Oreal, which had bought the business in 2006 for more than £652m. Currently the Body Shop spans about 3,000 retail locations in 69 countries. Knight Frank advised the landlord; Cushman & Wakefield acted for the Body Shop.
