HUB and Bridges win approval for Wembley Link
Brent Council has approved plans from HUB and Bridges Fund Management for 256 homes in the second phase of Wembley Link.
The scheme seeks to link Wembley Stadium with the town centre in North London by redeveloping unused land acquired from Network Rail.
It comprises two buildings, of 17 and 19 storeys, with homes planned across various tenures, including homes for sale, for rent and affordable discounted homes.

It comprises two buildings, of 17 and 19 storeys, with homes planned across various tenures, including homes for sale, for rent and affordable discounted homes.
Plans were submitted in August 2018. Approval now brings the total homes to 495, with 239 homes at Chesterfield House under construction, in the first phase of the scheme. Phases three and four have the potential to bring the total residential allocation to almost 1,000 homes, with some of these delivered by the council.
HUB managing director Steve Sanham said: “Wembley Link will provide high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes across a range of tenures, as well as much-needed green space to the wider community.”
