Europa appoints Currie as director

Europa Capital has appointed Ian Currie as director in its private capital markets team. Currie will be responsible for the managing and growth of EMEA-based client relations across global real estate equity and real estate debt funds. He will work closely with Europa and Mitsubishi Estate’s global affiliates, including TA Realty in Boston, PA Realty in Singapore and MJIA in Japan. Currie joins the investment manager from Nuveen Real Estate (formerly TH Real Estate) where he specialised in raising capital, working with institutional investors across core and value-add equity and debt investments. He also previously worked at Grosvenor.
