Deloitte inks 100,000 sq ft Belfast deal

Deloitte is to consolidate its operations in Belfast into a new 100,000 sq ft office at Bedford Square. The firm will become the anchor tenant in McAleer & Rushe’s new development on Bedford Street. The £85m development project will provide 213,000 sq ft of office space. Staff currently based at Deloitte’s other offices in the city are expected to move to Bedford Square in 2021. Once completed, the Belfast office will be Deloitte’s largest UK office by headcount outside London. Jackie Henry, senior partner at Deloitte in Belfast, said: “This significant investment reflects our confidence in Belfast and its high-quality talent base.
