John Campbell, divisional partner and head of office agency at Glenny, said: “Royal Wharf is a significant regeneration project that is set to transform the area through the creation of a new community to live, work and visit. East London has experienced a major transformation in recent years and is abuzz with opportunities for commercial growth.”
Glenny was recently appointed as joint commercial agent on ABP’s nearby £1.7bn Royal Albert Dock development, which will offer 460,000 sq ft of office and 30,000 sq ft of commercial space in the first phase.
Ballymore is currently in talks with Spelthorne Council to sell One Embassy Gardens in Vauxhall, and has other key schemes at Brentford Waterside in West London and Wardian London at Canary Wharf.
