City tower TwentyTwo to lure in Convene and Cooley
Law firm Cooley and US serviced office group Convene are in final talks to lease space at TwentyTwo Bishopsgate.
It is understood that Convene is looking to lease around 75,000 sq ft at the City tower, which is being developed by the AXA IM Real Assets property business and Lipton Rogers Developments.
In February, Convene hired CBRE to find its first London locations. It plans to open around 500,000 sq ft of office space in the capital, taking its global total to 1.7m sq ft by the end of 2019.

In November, Convene hired Blackstone’s Elliott Sparsis, who joined as vice president of real estate, and James Frankis from Gensler as director of strategic solutions for London.
Cooley, currently based at 69 Old Broad Street, has placed around 60,000 sq ft under offer.
The pair would join AXA Investment Managers and insurers Beazley, THB Group and Hixcox at TwentyTwo if they agree to move.

Convene declined to comment. Cooley was approached for comment.
